Services

Approved

Alternative Provision

As an established Wiltshire Approved Alternative Provision, I have been entrusted with supporting countless students who have required tailored support but also essential opportunities to build positive connections with peers and adults.

A range of services are offered, both in a 1:1 environment but also a carefully structured group provision. Cross-curricular learning opportunities are available as well as individualised plans, all of which are designed to meet EHCP and transitional requirements. Students regain their love of learning in an environment which fully understands learning difficulty profiles, enabling children to access academic resources whilst feeling safe and supported.

Private

Tuition

I have been providing 1:1 tuition to individuals with special needs for more than ten years. With close links to specialist schools, I have been able to develop my skillset to provide individualised support mechanisms which enable barriers to learning to be simultaneously addressed.

Social

Development Activities

During breaks in term-times I am able to offer differentiated, creative activity sessions for children with a range of special needs. These vary in subject matter but regular sessions include baking, art, sensory and science.

Family

support

I professionally and personally understand the stresses and strains of supporting individuals with learning difficulties. The administration, processes, multi-professional organisation involvement, as well as daily life commitments can be overwhelming. I am able to provide support to families walking this long and often uphill road, whether it is a listening ear or reassurance regarding processes.
